Welcome to Life Matters Counseling! As a licensed mental health counselor in Florida, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. I work with adolescents aged 16 and up, as well as adults of all ages, providing a safe and compassionate environment for your mental health journey. Together, we can explore your challenges and work towards positive change.
